Under my leadership at Vox Media, my team oversaw the design and development of roughly 900 interactive and engaging ads per month across all eighteen Vox Media networks. As a key collaborator with senior leadership, I played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic creative and product vision for our publisher-led network, Concert, resulting in enhanced advertising opportunities, quarterly product launches, and a year-over-year increase in ad revenue. From $48 million in revenue in 2021 to over $60 million in 2023. I also managed and scaled through multiple acquisitions and organizational changes, established a comprehensive onboarding curriculum, defined our workflow process, and built comprehensive design systems for my team.
